The project’s policy-making strand produced three national policy recommendation papers, one each for Romania, Serbia and Greece, and convened three policy roundtables that brought textile producers, VET institutions and public authorities to the same table.
The textile industry remains one of Europe’s most resource-intensive sectors, and the small producers who make up much of it often lack a structured voice in the policies that affect them. TEXSTYLE set out to change that by giving the sector concrete, evidence-based proposals tailored to each national context.
